| Fudge
(and tablet) is a popular form of sweet
confection in Scotland - and it sells
particularly well in tourist shops.
It can have many flavours added to it,
from various fruit essences to whisky.
The one here uses vanilla but feel free
to experiment! Unlike a number of fudge
recipes, it does not involve boiling
the ingredients. |
